The Inner Garden

Professional Bach Flower Remedies

Training & Mentorship for Therapists

The missing layer in your clinic isn’t another method. It’s the precision of nature, brought into the clinical space

The Inner Garden is a professional training program for therapists who seek a precise, emotionally transformative tool to deepen their work.

In this program, you first develop the ability to accurately assess emotional states through direct personal practice. From there, you learn how to integrate the Bach Flower remedy system into your clinical sessions with clarity and confidence.

A structured, plant‑based approach to emotional healing that refines your diagnostic skills and expands your therapeutic depth

This training is for you if...

You already hold therapeutic space, but feel there is more depth waiting to unfold.

You are looking to enrich your therapeutic toolkit in the clinic with a precise, nature‑based method for emotional healing.

You are a practising therapist, coach, or healer who works with clients regularly.

You sense that your current methods are not always enough, and you are looking for a precise, natural tool to support emotional change between sessions.

You want to sharpen your emotional diagnostic skills in the clinic and bring more precision into your assessment and treatment planning.

You are ready to go through this process yourself first, before you offer it to your clients.

You want a structured and responsible way to integrate Bach Flower remedies into your existing method, not as a separate or superficial addition.

You feel called to bring more nature‑based healing into your clinic in a clear, professional and clinically relevant way.

This is not about adding another modality.

It’s about refining how you work.

What Changes After This Training

This work doesn’t add complexity. It brings clarity.

After completion of the training program, you will be able to:

Assess emotional states more clearly in yourself and in your clients, and respond to these states using the support of plants.

Select, blend, and prepare personalized Bach Flower combinations based on emotional patterns and the stage of the therapeutic process.

Use a clear and structured model for integrating Bach Flower remedies into your existing therapeutic approach, instead of using them as a separate or secondary add-on.

Rely on your own experience of self‑therapy with the remedies, after going through a meaningful personal process, before offering this work to others.

Work with more professional confidence through supervised case discussions, ongoing improvement of your protocols, and deeper continuity in your clients’ processes over time.

Why Bach Flower Remedies

Bach Flower Remedies are natural, plant‑based essences developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a British physician, bacteriologist and homoeopath who became a pioneer in the field of natural healing.

Dr Bach believed that emotional balance plays a central role in health and well-being, and through his work, he discovered that different wild plants correspond to different emotional states, and that carefully prepared plant essences can help restore inner balance.

For therapists, this creates something most approaches don’t offer:

A way to continue the emotional process between sessions.

Instead of relying only on conversation or in-session work, you offer your clients ongoing support that aligns with their emotional state.

When used with clarity and accurate assessment, the remedies become part of a coherent therapeutic process, not just an add-on.
