I came into the world of mindfulness and breathwork 17 years ago out of a simple desire to find tools that could help me meet life and everything it brings with more clarity and focus.
I had many questions and very few answers.
I was searching for a sense of quiet within the noise of life, and quickly understood that to find it, I first needed to become aware of the noise within me to recognize it, understand it, and learn how to move through it.
The moment I began to close my eyes, breathe, and practice stillness and inner observation, everything began to shift.
I changed.
New inner worlds opened up for me, and with them came new ways of meeting life and its challenges.
I invite you to explore different mindfulness and meditation techniques, learn how to breathe in a new way, and receive practical tools for meeting sensations and emotions, while cultivating a deeper sense of inner stability, balance, and well-being.
I am a teacher, lifelong student, and mother, practicing and teaching mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation for over 18 years.
I am a certified group psychotherapist, lead workshops and retreats worldwide, train herbal practitioners, and run a clinic supporting women through times of crisis and transition.
