About Vered
Vered is a guide in consciousness and embodied healing, facilitating group experiences and collaborative projects internationally for nearly two decades.
Her work emerged from the early roots of underground trance culture in the late 1990s, a movement grounded in music, nature, ritual, movement, and collective presence. Over time, this path naturally expanded into meditation, mindfulness, and conscious embodiment practices.
Blending live music with breath, movement, and awareness, Vered creates immersive spaces that invite deep release, emotional clarity, and reconnection to the present moment.
Through conscious breathing and carefully curated soundscapes, participants are guided to shift states of awareness, soften the nervous system, and access a sense of grounded expansion.
Her work weaves ancient wisdom with contemporary practices, offering a refined yet deeply human journey, one that supports the release of both body and soul.
